Genetics played a very significant role in my bio-physical development. As I look into the mirror, I have realized that I inherited more of my physical self from my mother. Alike from my mother were my face, my eyes, my nose, my mouth, and even my skin complexion. These physical characteristics shaped over time as I aged. I am indeed proud of what I inherited.
Aside from genetics, I have learned that nurture helps alongside shaping the biophysical me. When I was young, I had a very healthy lifestyle. I used to go cycling or jogging with my friends on weekends. I do exercise daily and eat nutritious foods. I engage in sports and other physical activities. Unfortunately, due to visual impairment, everything halted gradually.
In conclusion, biophysical processes served as a wake-up call for me. There are still ways to be physically healthy regardless of any disability.
